W3C - Kebir Blue Problem

We have a problem on KB and are now working on it.

The problem is consistent with the messages placed by players on the forum.

An engineer is now working on it.

To allow work to proceed, we have stopped all processing.
It is not possible to play on KB right now.

We will update you when we know more.

All the other worlds are running OK.

we are very sorry about the problem and will try to restore ASAP.

It was a relief to see the game in maintenance mode, which assured me that the problem is being worked on. Thanks for the update.

Thank you for the fast actions towards this issue , i lamost had a pannic attack this morning but now everything seems to be fine thanks again GM's :D

We will resolve it.
Everything works. It is a minor problem and it will go away.

We also had a panic attack.

Engineers are now writing software to check more weird conditions very often, increasing the frequency of backup procedures and adding log transactions to be able to recognize errors earlier.

It took several hours to fix this one.
