High Level Workers disappearing

I only transferred 5,000 workers in the last month a go and they have disappeared over one game month and I have all 100% hiring and I lost them all now I cant transfer any more workers because I am very low.

Workers are constantly in and out of flux. Some will retire and others will take their place, some will go up or down in professions, and some will fill vacant roles in things other than corporations like hospitals. If you had anything less than 100% employment BEFORE the transfer then it is highly likely they went into the pool of workers that formed 100% employment. If you give me a bit more details I may be able to help a bit more.

I would also like to add that you may want to post these kind of things in either "Beginners" or "Help" to obtain the best responses.

they were likely eaton up by the worker needs.. depending on the type such as executives if you have alot of high tech corerpations those workers can be in a retirement phase quickly if you dont have a natural supproting country size with good education, your countrys will be eating up workers like a mcdonalds monster.
