Hoarding productions high supply

What is the deal.
I buy a company from gamemaster and the company has like 80 month supply of 300 quality on it. I usually just buy and dump on market.
or I have seen one guy hoard 6 companies with 250 M construction.
or I've the system want to buy 30 months of country goods. I for one would much rather wait till price crash and buy up cheap and sell when it come back up.

It's not really clear what you are asking here. Why do nations stockpile goods? Why do products remain unsold? Why do Nations/Corps buy multiple months of supplies in advance?
As far as I can tell, your post could be asking any of these questions, or none of them.
If you'd like an informative response, please clarify your post.

Corporations can purchase up to 120 game months level of supplies.
some players do that.

Countries can purchase anything they want in large quantities.
many do that.

some corporations fall in the hands of the "Gamemaster Enterprise".
there are several possible reasons. The gamemaster enterprise does not start any new corporations.

The Gamemaster Enterprise does not purchase any large quantities of materials for corporations it owns.
It just tries, in automatic mode, to keep these corporations running until they are taken over by a player.
