Can't Build New Corps

I have 3 production plants and I have ordered a construction but it still says it's under construction after a month. I've heard other people doesn't have this bug but I'm probably the only one who has it.

Does anyone encounter the same problem?

did you get your construction corporation?

when reporting anything, please give the name of the world and country.
Also corporation name if it is related to a corporation.
