it don't pay attention to my user months at all

On your own country supply!?

Go to Trade and scroll to Order and Strategy and Quality click on that then have 4 months on low water mark and have 9 months on Order Quantity then select Copy to Selection button.

Then go to request quality, click on request quality and mark it for 120 and press the Copy to Selection button. And then click on the blue Save button just below that.

If you want it turned off, Go to My country page on the left side, click on it then go to Automation button up the top screen button next to Wage War Green button, click on the Automation button then scroll down and uncheck Automatic placing orders for products that your country needs and the Buy ammunition and supplies for the army. uncheck them both and then click on Save button.

Its not obeying the order quantity. its ordering like 30 40 months.
Won't turning off the automation turn off all country supply off.
Its not paying attention to user months.

sometimes it orders 15 months and other times it order 30 40 50 months. It should just order 14 months
