would have in the game a function that shows us all the products consumed in the country and that also shows the national production of these products? if the game has this function, what do I do to view this information?

Monthly consumption of products is shown by Trade>products in stock, buy and sell.
Production by your corps is on the Corporations page, Review production tab.
