Why GM stops players exchanging game cash for Gold Coins? There is no incentive for players

You can find it in boosters but it is a massive rip off. Much better to get something like Population with the GCs so that you country can make more money.

I think he is referring to being able to buy gold coins with game cash, like you used to be able to do long time ago. If that is what he is referring to, then I completely agree. I would like to see that come back.

I was an active player 10 years ago. Back then the game was fun. Now, new players can have their game cash increased much faster. However, GM had done it intentionally with reducing corporations profit. You can see products become surplus right way after its shortage for a few months. By doing this, GM impedes corporations to make profit so that new players have to spend money to buy Gold Coins to convert into game cash. GM has many ways to make profit to run their website, and this is one of their methods.

Well they have to keep this game running which is difficult to do for so many years and still improve it. I really like many things that we didnt have 10 years ago.

If what Inter is saying is true then one should not pull the "well they are a business and therefore have to make money card" in this circumstance. I have yet to notice what Inter is saying (despite some very sketchy possible "coincidences" with Air-force Maintenance Units on Kb). Yes, the company deserves to support itself and make money but that should never be at a cost to game-play(upon which players become reliant on in game purchases just to keep the status quo) which is exactly what Inter seems to be implying. It's very sad to see many of my friends who run great empires slowly becoming too fed up with these supposed "coincidences". This game had so much potential but the more I become familiar with its mechanics the more I begin to sympathize with the great players of old who eventually became disenfranchised with it.

I am not going to spend real money to buy Gold Coins to feed those losing corporations
