I don't know that it is dying per say
I think a lot of players don't communicate anymore
The forum (our years ago) used to be quite active.
A lot of older more experienced players have left the game tho I know of a few that have come back.
I think with the new war game it may revitalize things -we'll see.

All the players are tired of dealing with the same multi's. Like if you want to hack the game just buy an account for the price of 360 gold coins and reap it all with what you just sowed.

Very smart marketing decsion by W3C!! Target hard working legit players who will pay to support their crummy purpose with obstacles; but still believe in them. HOWEVER! Really entice those to manipulate the system viciously, but still pay so its all okay.

Yes you can.
You can either cancel your current country and start over or you can also obtain a country on another world. If your on a world already and want a country on another world it will cost you 30 gold coins.
