Anyone heard from or have update on Ares?

Just curious as to how Ares is doing? Have not heard an update in some time now.

Think he has been in and out of here, just has not been playing. As i'm pretty sure this attack on his FB empire has provoked him to return. Will have to see

For what? Losing a war being a mutli player, who attacks legendary players who are away but not yet done playing, and you attacked me first, using methods that are not even reliable or legit? Okay. Sure. Seems like a good way for vengeance to me. Vengeance, or whatever drives ones own inequity.

This is why simcountry needs to leave war alone. People can't legit lose without being a crybaby, let alone play fare in the game. I am almost ashamed to have wasted my time warring, being apart of this game. In that case you already have your revenge. Not that anything i write or do will be considered. Whatever. I enjoy some players and time on here working on my empire, but really. *Yawns* Seriously? I can see why this game is almost done.

It appears the Ares empire is winning the war. Or at least has defended itself against the smartsolutions aggressor.

Knowing Aries, his defenses may automatically conquer the planet. J/k

Yeah, Ares has a lot... just has not been around to use it all. Im sure he will be sad to really see the state of his empires. Its unfortunate but happens!

I just am really fed up with the war game. So many things that need to be looked at really, its just not really a good place to be. For example, a basic threashold of taking countrys just based on few parameters opposed to size/army. Just being able to fill a garrison makes the map easily unpaintable with a lot of clearing. Of course i understand forts and defense wings in federations really are 2 things that just add it all; and any country can have it. Other then that when you attack a corperation list; most population damage is done there. Hence it is paint, forts and corporations that make a massive number of population loss plus index points. Overall war is practical; over a few factors that really add difficulty for experienced players to obtain.

Then there is more.. i dont even want to get into. But it just makes me go "ugh".. Like seeing use of nuclear defense missile batteries. like... they are funny little boogers! If one wants to use them for a blockade, thats alright. I just don't like how players who join the game are exposed to a weapon that they might not use exactly to clear a garrison or have enough to clear all the targets needed. Bombers are a main weapon, don't clear nuclear defense batteries. An experinced player can use such weapon, unexerpeinced is unknowing, why expose such WL1 players to things so earlie? Like why not just put 10 stealth bombers earlie on? The garrisons make a massive difficulty increase, players and W3C has neglected for its new player base. This is part of why new players cant get off and going better. War at a lower level takes a massive knowledge threashold, that know

By the way, I've been playing this game since 2010 and I have been on and off sometime and smartsolutions really did one of the few taboos of this game and that is attacking Aries, one of the top among all the top players here on Simcountry.

I don't want to play the war game though. The war game is shit and all. Plus the security council is not even active anymore. Not much is happening in the planets in a more political sense. I am an economic player though. I just want to make an economic powerhouse on L.U. and that's all I want. Economically speaking, the game still excels a bit on this front.

Hi everyone. Things have been a bit better for me recently. I was approved for Social Security Disability, finally. I moved into a new apartment in the last few weeks. I haven't been on my computer for months. Just my phone. Been very busy getting the new place furnished and livable. My cats love it though.

I hope everyone is enjoying the game. I don't know what my future is in playing. We'll see when I get my computer set up here. Possibly, this weekend.

Couple updates. This weekend through today was all about my sister, who spent days in the hospital in labor to deliver my new niece. Raya Riley Isaac was born about 630am this morning. Fittingly, ended up being born on Labor Day!

My father, my other sister, and I spent much time at the hospital in support, and to welcome the newest addition to our family. I, personally, spent about 26 hours, over the course of two days, with my Dad and sister spending a little more time. For me, that is a large task, and I spent a lot of it attempting to nap, and get rest, where possible, on very uncomfortable hospital couches.

These last years were difficult on health, my marriage, and finances. Since July, I have planned a little trip, because I don't know the f
