Population Transfer Issue?

Anybody else having problems with population transfers?

" Exchange not processed.
Not enough unemployed workers in one of the professions, or
one of the countries exchanged more than 400,000 persons already.
Please try again next month."

Both parties have sufficient populations available to transfer and I know I haven't done over 400,000 in a month...

Not that I have heard of.
Might be a glitch.
Andy and the GM's you wanna have a look at that.

It always seemed to me that "exchange 400,000" was implemented so that you could send 200,000 each way. If I try to send 200,001 or more in one direction I always get the error. I think the text of the error message isn't very informative though.

Usually able to send a transfer. Then the other party is usually able to send a transfer the afterwards. Was working until a few days ago. Now only seems to work once.

That's the message I get.

The other person gets pretty much the same but their amount says 200,000. Neither one of us has exceeded these limits and we both have enough workers available to make the exchange

don't know what happened before but I think It is fixed now

If you did it before the 15th of the month the game may have seen it as still being the previous month. I noticed this with deactivating military.

Nope. Try right at begining of the month. When they accept my transfer offer it works. When I try accepting theirs I get

Neither one of us has done nearly that much. In the past he has been able to send a transfer involving 100,000 after I send a transfer involving 200,000 and there have been no problems until recently.

The procedure is counting both sides of the exchange but I will have a look into it.

I am not aware of any problem for a very long time.
did not touch it for years.

I had this problem earlier, check and make sure "0" appears in all fields where you aren't transferring something. That fixed it for me, you can't leave the fields blank.

That's not the issue Fuhrer King. Just tried it again. I send transfer of 100,000. He should be able to make transfer as wel. (up to 200,000)

I had transfer offers at one time that were trying to send me people and it was blank for what it expected from me but those transfers never ended up working. Always said the other person didn't have enough population available. Until then I didn't know you could send transfers without expecting something in return. Although I have never tried it myself///
