I know Fearless Blue is a war world, but it seems very sparsely populated with empires, and the largest empires I've seen only consisted of a total of 5-6 countries.

I would say White Giant is the most active world

Eric, Michael,

I would say that Little Upsilon is the most active world. It has almost twice as many forum posts as White Giant, and usually has the most CEO Controlled Corporations of any world.
