I am at war level 1. And according to the docs I should still be able to fight a C3 at Level 1. But when I start it it just gives me the option of starting at level 2. How to I fight the C3 at level 1 again?

evader23,

War level represent your victory's against C3 nations. Each time you win a war against a C3, you move up one war level. As such each war against a C3 nation becomes harder.

At war level 0 you fight a war against a War level 1, winning moves you to war level 1. At war level 1, you fight against a war level 2 C3, moving you to war level 2, etc.

Each war represents a major advancement, in your military capability in prestige. Simcountry doesn't allow us to spam wars by fighting low level C3 nations over and over. Some people think that's good, others hate it. But it is the way it is.

Daniel Thank you for the feedback. And I agree players shouldn't raid level one C3s withougt end. But it says in the docs you can play a level one more than once.

I refer you to the war doc, levels, section 2. It says you start at level 0 and fight c3 at level one. If you win you become level one. Once at level one you have a choice of fighting c3 at level 1 or level 2. If you beat level 2 you can no longer fight at level 1. If you fight level one aganin and win three wars including the first you are level 2.

So either the docs are wrong or I'm missing something

Evader23,

The docs are wrong and this wasn't a change to long ago. The GM restricted warring the same war levels over and over as it was being abused. Players could build massive empires of up to or near a dozen nations without ever being vulnerable to war.

This is a current ongoing discussion among the player base.

My suggestion is to take an additional nation if you need it or spend your time building up your current nations in preparation.

Than you Super Soldeer

Side note tried to take a C3 level 2 harder than I was expecting I'd lose go head to head with Intercepters and lose whose air unit I sent Currently Regrouping and adjusting tactics.
