Simcountry App
Several changes have been made to the Simcountry app. The User Interface has been simplified in several places and text improved. The in-app help bubbles have been updated with new shorter texts.

Birth & Death rates
A slight update to increase the birth rates. We want countries with more people to keep growing. More may follow but at a small scale.

Corporations
Small updates are aimed mainly at reducing the traditional shortage of high level workers. It is compensated by the use of more LLWs.

I looked into a country with 110 M. The difference was about 70.000. It depends on the types of corporations you have.

We always see shortages of HLW's and players need repeated conversions. The idea is to balance a little better and reduce manual conversions.

Changes in corporations are generally around 2000-3000.
This means an increase of 2000 LLWs and a reduction of 2000 HLWs.
also some more LLMs and some less HLMs. (in relation to the workers change).

Most types of corporations are unchanged.

Some other types of corporations have been tuned to produce more profit.
This is done by a slight increase of their base selling price.
all changes are under 3%.

I think we need more such small moves.
It will not derail anything and reduce the shortage of HLWs.
