Lost Pnakotic Manuscript found

On Feb 21 4411 a lost Pnakotic Manuscript has been found in the Great Library of Byzantion in the country of Ailuros. It relates the tale of Ulthar. It may be part of the Pnakotia (the Pnakotic Manuscripts transcribed to Greek ages ago). This find has caused quite a stir in the city and the find has spread to all corners of the Byzanti Empire. All federation members of the Pnakotic Congressional Order of which Ailuros is a part have been notified of the find.
