Autobuilding corperation

I was wondering why the auto corp building function triggered for my country. Here are some stats:
- employment: 94.8
- positief income: 108B
- population: 142 million

Yes i had a few million unemployed people but on a population of 142 million that should not be a problem. What am i missing? Why did the ‘emergency’ building function trigger?

I just had this happen again. My employment right now is 95.6. Is there sombody who can tell me what i’m missing?

If it is your LU country Lets A, you have several services corps on back order, so it looked like they are just filling the requests. Could that be it?

I am not sure it has to do with my service companies. The system auto build a car company because I had a high unemployment. I got the message saying my unemployment was high and that it had build a company because of that.

Ive Got a corp that wont stinking build. not sure whats up with it. been there forever. could someone have a look at it please. its the Keltic Kingdom on LU.
