IPO Marketing Value and PE Ratio

I am proposing to Gamemaster that the Value of all corprations should be no lower than 200 and the PE Ratio no more than 60 or there abouts because it is hardr to IPO them at no TAX due to products that are made. The reason for this is because I have maxed all my corporations to where it is now with the value that has stopped growing and the pe ratio has grown over in 45's now, can you please fix this problem up thank you.

I 100% agree. It is very difficult to ipo established corporations. The only time it is possible is after market crashes, and rebounds. That way profit is high and value is lowish. Once value gets too high it wrecks the PE ratio and makes it hard to ipo, even if the Corp is very profitable.
