Income Dividend is broken

On which products? If a corporation is not making a profit it will not pay any dividends.

Ok I had a look. I believe you have profit sharing set to 0% on your public corps. So they wont pay dividends until they accumulate enough cash to trigger an automatic cash transfer. When that happens you should see a large dividend for that specific month, which seems to match your situation. Hope that helps.
