Second source of income to pay the Army costs

Can we please add second income source for GST taxes of up to 75% please in order to help pay the army and health costs.

Store ammo in countries, keep weapons in CEO.

How does that work friend?

Ammo is free to store. Weapons are not. So if you store weapons in CEO, you can save money. When war comes ship the weapons to country and start reactivating. Shipping is done with space centres.
