Check what profit transfer percent is for the corps. If it is 0% you will see lots of $0 dividends until an automatic cash transfer is forced, then you will see a big dividend.

I'll explain the best way i could put, i have set the profit transfer and tax to zero to make the most money each month over 200B sometimes up to 500B with the stock exchange. How ever, as far as income dividend works is that in one game month, i may earn 4,000B turn over and in the next month it drops to zero even if i increase the profit transfer to 90% with zero tax, it will not give me any profit at all i have tested this method and its not working so there for Andy needs to fix this problem to make it solved if all possible if Andy replies back i will be greatly appreciated by Andy to explain to me why this wont work properly?

Yours sincerely, President Michael.

All i can say Andy, is that if you look at the graph on my country on KB and you will find that the lines are up and down each game month and they are not stable at all and not growing up or going up and yes it the dividend in the country controlled public corporations and now on this game month it went back down again to 606M and still no profit transfer funds. Andy this is a bug that needs working on my end if you say other worlds are working fine, then this world is not working at all. This is as much details i can give and ii have explained it everything i can.

Dividends depend on the possibility of the corporations to pay them.
there are conditions for corporations to pay dividends or decide not to do so (as in the real world).
it depends on the profit, and cash reserves of the country and of course, on the situation on the market for the product produced by the corporation.

so dividends are not stable, they change all the time.

Example:
if you have electric power companies, factory upgrades, household products and a bunch of others,
they probably will not pay dividends now, or less as there have been some surpluses of the products.

It will probably restore itself and dividends will return.

That is a very difficult question to answer,

If you are like me (a little bit lazy) the short answer is yes. If you are like john galt (seriously committed and hard working) then the answer is no.

I want to add some nuance to my stance on CEO corps. I would say it depends on the product on whether state is more efficient than private. The big money maker from private corps is the country resources used fee, which is around 20% of gross income. Taxes come after at whatever percentage of NET income. Most of your income will come from the fee and not the taxes. So corporations that have high gross income such as big ticket items are actually quite good to have, even if they are not super profitable. A good example of this is defensive weapon maintenance corps. They have a very high gross income and high expenses, so they are equally profitable with other corps but because you take a chunk out of gross, you do really well with corps like that. If you are talking about low gross low cost corps like mining corporations, definitely make those as state not ceo. If you are selective as a country on what CEO corps you allow in, you can do really well.

Also want to add there are military advantages to state corps over private. Corporations are worth 20 war score. More state corps means that 20 score is diluted over more corporations making it harder for an attacker to quickly bring you down. If you only have 1 state Corp and all private, they only need to destroy the one Corp to get 20 war score.
