Can the GM's please have a look at the economy of KB. In the past week the market has seemingly tanked and many players are complaining of the economics on there. Not sure if someone did some major dumping. Or by chance if you guys (GM's) tweaked anything in the game. Thanks.

We have the same parameters for all worlds when it comes to markets and nothing changed for at least two weeks.

Markets fluctuate and most times have outrageous shortages.

There is some push and pull from newly created ammo and weapon corporations and a slightly reduced use of military services.

There is no reason for a major change but some dumping of products, even on a moderate scale can cause short periods of surplus in some products.

I looked in KB today and I do not see and structural change at all.

If you have a specific product(s) to look into, please let me know.

There is also some growth in the size of corporations. Larger corporations produce a little more but hire more people. as a result there is less creation of new corporations.
the net change in total production should be zero.

Michael,

Please let me know if you think the KB market is in bad shape.

We did not see any dumping and my impression is that nothing is wrong about it.

FB got hit pretty hard with a massive electricity dump. Someone put 3 billion units in last week and the surplus is down to 1 billion. 500 electric corps have closed down. Once that surplus clears up, electric will be in rough shape.

It's fine now. It took around 1 week to clear all the surplus. I bought a lot of it at rock bottom price and will be selling it slowly and responsibly at peak price.
