So it’s been two days since my payment for a month of premium went through. I have even sent an email regarding this issue. I have confirmation from my bank that the payment went through. Why is it so hard to set up a payment system?

When this happened to me it took about 4 days for it to go through. I hope they respond to you promptly. Hang in there.

Yup I did. What's concerning is the sheer lack of any correspondence on whether this issue even has been noted.
The community around this game is phenomenal, the developers, however, leave much to be desired.

That’s why I buy my premium in 9 month packages, don’t have to deal with this as often haha. In fairness though, my first 4 purchases went through immediately. Only my most recent one had the same problem as you.

I will have you to know that the developers of this game ARE brilliant and phenomenal!!! WARNING: Be careful how you speak of my son, Andy, or I will smack you with one of my infamous shoes or my broom! SCOWL! :P (I am very protective of my son! ha ha ha)

Seriously, though, I have played this game for many years, and have always received great customer service. I'm sorry that you are having issues, but it will be resolved, I promise. Please be patient. :-D

Like I said earlier I had the same problem, and I'm surprised the bug that is causing it hasn't been resolved yet. I'm doing my best to help as many new players as I can in the forums and in the chat so that they stay and become premium members, but problems like this reflect poorly on this game. It's a shame because this game is so amazing and has so much potential. New people are going to look at the forum and see posts like this and maybe decide not to subscribe because of it. I think someone from the development team needs to check the forums daily to resolve issues like this or at least delegate the task to someone who can. I understand it is their part-time project but it has to be done for the good of this game.

I have communicated with Hasanatir this morning and again now.
the problem is resolved.

We had recently several cases when a payment done with the Simcountry app was not accepted by our system.

we have resolved these cases, can exactly see when a correction is needed and now receive an immediate message and can react directly.

The underlying problem will be resolved in the coming week.

Please take a country before you take a ceo. The game offers so much more for countries then for ceo's. CEO's in this game take months (real life ones) before they are profitable.
