I have a few questions about the space program.
1. If I load products on a WG shuttle can I deliver them to a FB country Space Center?
2. Form the docs it states the cargo limit is 100K but products use that space at different proportions. How do I find out how much of a product I can actually load?
3. Are the SC maint units and shuttle aging the only cost or are there additional cost involved?
4. Would it be worthwhile and profitable to buy Uranium on WG for 1.7M$ and sell it on FB for 5.4M$ or Mobile Devices at 7K$ and sell them for 12K$?
Thanks,

1. Yes
2. There are 2 ways. First is just load 1 product in the space centre and see how many units it shows. Second is to open the space screen, click space markets, and click on any product and it will show you the units.
3. That's all. SC main units are a waste of money btw. Every launch with an SC unit costs 2 missions, without it costs 4. Each mission costs around 8 million in shuttle aging. SC unit saves you 16 million, but generally costs more than that due to low production.
4. Yes it would. As long as you fill the shuttle completely and make more than the cost per mission I listed above. It doesn't take a huge price difference to recoup that cost.

Everything John said+space shuttles can transport weapons... something to keep in mind when you are going to start building up on different worlds.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I found the cargo usage on a station.
I only used FB as a example because the price of Uranium is maxed and on WG it's bottomed. I remember when you needed a space program just to buy Str weapons but wasn't sure if it is worthwhile for other products.

Now I'm wondering if it is even possible to correct a market by buying all the surplus or will the game just create more. On WG the prices of several products never reach a profitable level even when they are in the shortage part of a cycle.

I would say it depends on the reason for the surplus. If the surplus is due to dumping, then definitely you can buy it all up and sell it off world for a nice profit. If the surplus is due to overproduction, the game will just keep producing more if you keep buying it. The best way to stop overproduction is to leave it alone, eventually the excessive surplus will destroy profitability and corps will close.

You confirmed what I thought about over production.
Some corps have closed but the supply doesn't seem to change much.

So if anyone needs it there's lots of cheap Uranium on WG.

The "game" will not intervene so quickly.
certainly not in weapons and nuclear materials.

the few interventions happen when the market is short on a very large and essential product that can cause a risk for the entire economy.

services, electrical power etc.

even then, the intervention takes place when the shortage is huge and it adds 10% of the shortage.

When you see a shortage in a product, the price will rise gradually and it can take some time to reach the max level which is about 50+ % for most products 80+ for some.
