High level worker shortage

theres a shortage in high level worker section could you please look over this?

Hello,

High lvl workers are automatically promoted/converted from your low lvl and medium lvl workers. If you need more a higher education index seems to help. If that is not enough you can manually change other workers in high lvl workers.

Andy, i just checked, it went to zero again it needs to be considered as a bug. My apology.

They probably got hired. Thats why it went to zero.

It is not broken at all. It is functioning in a way that is not beneficial to you. That is a different thing.
Have you changed the profession of extra workers to high lvl workers?
