Thank you game masters

I want to thank the game masters for allowing free players more then 2 countries. It makes the game more interesting for free players and the impact of that should not be underestimated.

Expanding the free player game into larger empires is now easier.
you can buy countries but we intend to also allow more wars and make it possible to build an empire by conquering more countries.

This change will hopefully take place very soon.
