With the new Natural Resources feature I was wondering if Common Markets could play a new and interesting role.
Let's say one of my countries is producing a lot of oil and is a member of a common market. The corporations must put up 100% of their product in the local and common market. Thus only members of the common market would have access to the oil and other natural resources my country produces and would not be available on the world market as the value the corporations must put up is set to 100% and the resource should not deplete as much. Correspondingly if the above value was set to 50% than half would be available for world markets.
Would make common markets more viable in the game and increase their usefulness.
Similar in the real world to the European Union Market or OPEC.
