Decline in defense cost

Defense cost declined by a small percentage. The decline is both for single countries but also for empires of all sizes.

also defense cost declined a bit with the upgrade.
the decline is the result of the reduction in price of some materials used in the army and a decline in the cost of some ammunition types.

War Levels

A war level is added to the game.
There are now 25 war levels.

Documentation

Several documents are updated, replacing old documents.

The main documents in this release are:

The Frequently Asked Questions document.
The War Levels Document and
The Game Features Document.

More documents are being updated and some will become available with the next game update.

Enterprises

It is now possible to have up to four enterprises in each world.

I read Decline in Defense Cost three times and my first assessment was....this is really important, it was said three times! I had a college professor who would repeat three times what was important figuring at least during 1 of those times it would register with his students. ha ha ha

Andy, can you please verify this for me so i can understand, when you say we can have 4 ceo account in each world does that mean we can open 4 ceos accounts in one world which still costs 30 GC per month each ceo account? and how many corporations can we make per account in our own country is that correct and how many my apology for this?

Andy, will you fix Immigration so a high index actually causes migrant influx? Index of almost 80 isn't doing anything

What happened to the option to fight at a lower war level without rewards? Some of us are still hoping for that option.

can you upgrade the order strategy it only lets you set a countrys order strategies for 300 and that dilutes my stock off 330 and its annoying can you please make it to where we can set it for 330

Four enterprises per world on the account have all the same conditions.
the cost is 30 gold coins.
max 750 corporations and the same number of corporations in your own countries.
so the numbers can now increase to twice the previous max.

fighting at a low level against C3 countries.

I did explain already on the forum on one or more of the other discussions.

Fighting at C3 level 3 several times is complex.
instead, we have added 5 new war levels between c3 at war level 3 and C3 at war level 9.
These war levels are all quite simple.
This gives you the possibility to win 8 wars and create an empire with 9 countries without being involved in huge fights.
The rewards are not large but the aim was to be able to conquer countries for strategic reasons, sometimes far away from your current countries.

This aim is achieved.

This is no solution for countries at a very high war level.

There is a max to order strategies.

whatever the max is, there will be players asking to increase it.

Products at very high quality levels are and always were a problem in Simcountry.

you may have that quality level but it does not make sense for anybody to pay the high price.
so having such products in the trading system is a waste.
There is no one buying.

The results of trading at very high quality levels have been disputed here many times because of tradeoffs the trading system must make to get these products sold and prevent them from sitting there for ever.

You do not always get what you want because nobody wants these products. sellers are complaining about the price they receive but you must realize that it is not the gamemaster buying these products.
there must be a player doing so.

i can manually order 330 quality ammunition

but can only set country to automatically order ammo and weapons at 300. im guessing that was the old max im asking and trust me other player in chat have voiced that it is ANNOYING

please change the 300 to 330 your not raising anything just allowing a country to order what i can buy manually

if i have 2 enterprises on Golden Rainbow does it cost 30 coins or 60 coins per month ?

After the first registration (country OR enterprise) every other registration costs 30gc's per game month. If you have 2 enterprises and nothing else it will cost you 30gc's per month. If you have a country and 2 enterprises it will cost you 60gc's per game month.

I am not sure if you understood Roberts question correctly.

He is not asking to raise the quality any higher. He is asking if the auto settings and manual settings can be the same. Right now you can order 330 manually but you can only enter 300 on the auto settings.

Would it not make more sense if you can order the same quality regardless whether it is automatically or manually?

Oh yah the markets are the worst I have ever seen them. I just do my best to adapt.

I think the markets are finally working, i just waitting to see if corporations will be also closed at the same speed they were built.

I have a blast playing this game. I have for over the span of a decade!

Currently, products are only profitable at max price, because all their inputs are at max price. If there were a balance of products in surplus and shortage. Then you wouldn't need max price to make a profit, because their costs would be lower. Moving away from permanent shortages is a good thing for the game.

I'm not sure what everyone is talking about with military corps suddenly losing money. Most of mine on LU are very profitable.

Weapons are indeed profitable and require little employees.

Generally, it's best to start with a country. The game was designed as Sim'country', so a lot of the systems are easier to use as a nation. Once you've mastered the finer points of Corp management, as a nation, then you are ready to graduate to doing it as a CEO.

CEO's are the competitive economic elite of Simcountry. They can produce HUGE profits, but only if you know how manage them very well. For an inexperienced player, they can easily turn into a money pit.

I am looking at my weapon corps and on average they are my best corporations. Sure every now and then the market swings a bit and they lose some money for a few months. But on average they are really really profitable.

Andy, thank you for the explanation about the CEO's, from wht I can understand now is that have you increased from 20 to 40 ceo's for own country per account? is that correct?

No that is not correct. You can only have 20 corporations per ceo. You can now have 4 ceo's per world instead of 2. So instead of 40 you can now have 80 corporations in your ceo's.
