what happens with shuttles transporting stuff from a world that is online to a world in maintenance ?

The maintenance took several minutes.
The upgrade was installed and the situation was restored.

As far as I know, the information about running processes is not lost and everything continues when the process is concluded.

There is no damage as a result.
