Those that play with the Investment fund

Question to those that play with the investment fund.

What is the highest payout you have had it provide your citizens?

I'm currently at 6% but just got back to working it recently.

I'm playing with on my main. A country with 130 million people.

It used to be around 25% but right now it is declining because a lot of my money was invested in resource corps which are now closing. I will get it back up again but for now it is hovering between 17 en 20 percent.

When the investment fund pays out more does it increase the taxes payed by citizens?

I believe it adds to their income and is taxed. The amounts are so minuscule you wont even notice though.
