On the setup relief page it says I need 436 Building Teams, it's a shame I can only setup 100. The recovery log isn't showing any penalty for not having them.

Thanks for the offer, except for the building teams I have plenty set up.
They are probably used to return people to their homes. The weather is getting nicer here and there are plenty of tents, so they can camp out for a few months.

I had a 8.1 in one of my countries, for the country's size (33 mil) it did quite a bit of damage.

83210 people died immediately, 126080 people were wounded, 999979 persons had to be evacuated, 226907 homes were lost and 5 factories were destroyed.

5 factories was almost 10% of the total.
