Non Democratic Federations

Can we have an option to vote to make federations non democratic, which would give absolute power to the chairman until they decide to give it up. LDI is a theocratic dictatorship, and having to vote on changes is annoying and not in line with how we operate.

Yes you can adjust the votes but that does not really fix the issue. If I make the percentage too high, it becomes very difficult for me to make the changes I want. If I make it too low, anyone in the fed can make changes easily. Having a dictator setting where only chairman can make changes would be perfect.
