"Hello everyone. A special 'Hello' to the beautiful Gem Isles and coastlands recently joining the empire. Greetings to the nations of Centurra Donna, as our new friends and neighbors.
As reported, there have been waves of military activity across the globe. Our empire is walking in tandem with the other nations of the international community to remove the threat of terror. Nation-states, which previously had leaders, have been abandoned by their leadership and become possible havens for terrorist activity. As such, our empire works in cooperation with the other nations around the world that have undertaken the task of rooting out these terrorist havens and re-instituting federal leadership in the targeted states.

Soon Fearless Blue will be free of this terror activity and we will live in Peace. Until then, we must soldier on in a war efforts against them. War=Peace.

I have done my part and "liberated" 30 of these terrorist havens. I have no further operations planned for now.
