Bug in Mining Corporations

I have recently observed a strange bug where if a mining corporation was closed, its corresponding natural resource would simply disappear and I am unable to build a new mining corporation in its place. Has anyone else had this bug?

You are right.
we have written about it before. we will fix it as soon as possible.

I assume you have closed the corporation yourself.
or, why was it closed.
These corporations are very profitable because of shortages.
they are rarely closed.

The only reason for closure is when the natural resource is depleted.

It has happened on its own; I did not close the corps. Also, my country is very new and there is no way the deposit was depleted. Here is the message informing me of one of the closings:

Corporation Closed
Christy Iron has been closed.
Thu Aug 4, 4518 The corporation Christy Iron in Baccadorian Province of Tanur has been closed because the market value and utilization are too low and the corporation is making losses. 281560 employees were fired.

I am now unable to rebuild any iron mining corp. Very strange.

The reason in is the message.

The corporation had a low utilization. mostly caused by lack of workers.
can happen in new countries because the population is low and the country might have too many corporations, not enough workers.

So some corporations close, the population grows and it stabilizes.

pity you lost this one.

But the issue remains. the corporation is closed, why did the reserves in the ground disappear.

as I said before, this is an error.
it nearly never happens but needs to be fixed.

It is on our urgent list to be fixed very soon.
