Best presidents list

have you noticed that best presidents list is now showing the scores of main countries without the penalties - really cool to finally have this!

As the only listed country is the main one, it would be nice to add more points for presidents with the empires I think. It could be points per country in the empire, total population, cash, weapons net and many other things.

I am almost top 10? How'd that happen?
