By the way, I voted No on the proposal to ban nuclear weapons from the Federation of Germans because there was not justification provided and they are not even a nuclear power as of right now.

It happened to me too on WG from time i hit 5T, every game month after that i lost billions of dollars for no reason

Please don't worry, as soon as I am able, I will re-propose you, because that is what we are supposed to do as a Sim Community. As demonstrated above, your long-time players are always happy to assist and encourage game growth.

I take note that the proposal for EO to receive 2T in aid is now 5 yes and 0 no. He is a returning player with 4 countries and an empire population over 100M already. An additional proposal to give Mr. Amalie 2T in aid is 2 yes and 0 no right now. He is a new player with 1 country and under 20M in population. Seriously, go vote for the new guy to get some aid.

How does the aid system work? Is it under the 'security council'?

Yes, aid is given via the security council. To receive, you have to find a member of the security council in your world to put through a proposal for you. Then hope that the vote will go through. Best of luck!
