Can someone please explain why there's no soldiers or officers for sale in direct trades? I've been waiting weeks to make some mobile units. Is there a reason why none are for sale? Are they being held back? Is there a change planned for them? What?

Still not working 😭. Almost a month I've been back. Haven't been able to get officer's. Please help.

Option is available for me. When I looked a week ago, I had to scroll down a little bit. Now though, I'm able to click "details" next to the offerings and then bid for the purchase.
