W3C - Game was partially down

A possible router problem somewhere (we do not know) blocked the route to Simcountry.
We think it was somewhere in the Netherlands.

some players including us were not able to get to the site except for the portal.
others (we checked) had no problem.

The servers were up without disruption. we did not resolve anything.
we did not restart our servers.

We will try to find out more.
Possibly a cyber attack on some of the servers but no break in
although it does not explain why some could reach the site.

During the entire period, we saw many logins, and many thousands of clicks on all worlds.

hi, i wanted to report this few times, but always thought it was my network problem. this has been happening for few months - you try to log in into different pages, like forum or game log in or just country page, but server does not respond for an hour or so, then suddenly everything becomes ok.
