Corporation closing each game month

please help my corps keep closing each gm despite having 100% hiring and more than 115% production.. please what's the cause I keep receiving messages like this

Worker shortages. As your corps grow they use more High Tech Engineers/seniors and High level workers. You need to keep some reserves of unemployed in these categories to allow for this. You can increase their numbers easily using Education Priorities or worker transfers.
