can I give cash to the investment fund of my country?

The only ways I know to inject money into the investment fund is to:
Pay higher wages resulting in more workers investing more excess income into the fund themselves. and clever purchase and sale of foreign corporation shares.

The most I've ever done is whenever my CEO IPO's a new corp i buy all the public shares and just wait for my state to sell them off later. Usually for a profit.

The investment fund can be built up rather quickly if you have a CEO account and time to kill. It has to do with Gamemaster Corporations, low value public corps preferably with low employment and high assets, and taking control with your CEO and buying the stock with your countries investment funds.
