W3C - System Upgrade

We have today move the portal to a new server.
It was done around 3 am EST and completed in 30 minutes.

This is the last major upgrade for now.

several small functions are currently being checked to make sure everything runs correctly.

all portal functions and all worlds are running.

we will continue with smaller changes in the future but none as large as recent ones.

Another round of system upgrades is completed.

We have improved our systems setup.
we are now better prepared for a major crash of a server.
