Ruler Pictures

I have purchased a new country, and for whatever reason it won't allow me to change the ruler picture nor the flag. I set them to defaults, then when I try to upload the photo's I want it goes back to what it was when I purchased the country. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Try clearing your web browser's cache.

Upload your new flag and ruler picture.
Then hold the shift key and click on the refresh button (looks like a half circle with an arrow) at the top of the page between the arrows and the home button. Your new flag and ruler pic should then load and be seen.

Are you using an iPhone (smart device) or laptop/desk computer? If using an iPhone like me it took hours or the next day when ruler/flag would appear. I went through the process two times and then waited..eventually they appeared the next day. I’ve done this same procedure for 11 countries and it worked each time.

Its working now. I suppose it was just some issues the system was having.
