W3C - Site problems

We have experienced some site problems in the past 24 hours.

Most time, there was no problem but it happened several times for several minutes.
we think that is it not the site itself but rather name server problems somewhere in Europe.

It seems that the problems now disappeared.

We are very sorry about it.
