The value change margin tolerance is only 5% but you have to have less than 1T cash on hand. Makes it tricky to have country sales actually succeed. Unless your country is totally busted, even tiny monthly profits make the transaction fail because the value of cash changes so much on a small scale.

I fail on my first attempt probably 1 in 3 times, and I'm aware of the restrictions

Since you can only have a max of 1T in cash in a country you sell, why is there a limit on how much the cash assets can change? That's virtually no cash in the country anyways.
