Hi! Just a question, Whats the best recommended settings for salaries ?

computer controlled countries keep salaries at 297%, while most players keep at 300-400.

For CEO 298% is high enough to win competition against computer controlled corporations.

Regarding salaries for governance workers I keep minimum to reduce cost of army and the rest.

For my nation's corporations, I usually have their salary at 200 for the minor production boost.

I'll have government positions at 225 or so to reduce the chances that schools/hospitals close due to lack of workers.

Set your salaries anywhere between 150 and 400. If Mndz corps are in your country he's likely to be paying 100 and laying off workers when he runs out of supplies. Steal his workers and put hem to work in you OWN corps. CEOS will abuse you and and force you to pay SS as they they lay off workers and force YOU to pay SS.
