The State mobile phone corporation has been shuttdown and its employees sent to education camps for retraining. A New state initiative has begun for the establishment of pastures for cows and milk.

The State of Moo York has been denied a 600 B dollar loan from the World Bank for development of Cow Industry. This is outrageous said Thomas Mooferson "Cows and Cow Industry are the future for the better of a more just world and the world bank refuses to stand behind us".
