Hi all, can some one please advise me on the best settings for education priorities. I just can't seem to get them right. I try to keep them balanced at 135.there are never enough available employees to cover demand.

What workers are you low on? Those are the workers you need to prioritize. What workers do you have a surplus of? Those are the ones that you do not need to prioritize and can lower. For instance if you are done building a lot of hospitals, do you need to have you doctor and nurse priority to 12?

I keep an education index of at least 160. Many advanced players have indexes upwards of 200. I keep my total balance at 120-125 for education priorities.

I could just paste what I use exactly, and while that may improve your situation, context is important and you being able to identify stuff like that even more so.

Everything Matt said and also look at your corps. Some of them are losing money and will continue to do so because of not enough workers.

If you'll close some of those corps at 5% employment the workers will move into other corps at 5% and they can start making money.

The cash from the closed corps will move into your Country account and as you train more workers you can use that cash to start more profitable corps.

I know it's painful to close corps but 1 corp making money is better than 2 losing it.

Good Luck my friend.
