To receive an award in Crypto coins you will need an account with an exchange, where we can put these coins.
We will use $SOL coins. (currently $ US 176)
We will use the Coinbase platform.
Coinbase is a public company, traded on NASDAQ with a market value of around 50B. It is a major crypto exchange and the only one traded publicly with such a market value.
We will publish here an exact explanation on how to create such account.
There are many explanations on youtube. this is not rocket science, it is comperable to setting up a bank account.
No cost involved. You do not need to purchase any crypto at all.
When you have an account, and you win an award, the award will be deposited on that account.
You will be able to withdraw immediately into your bank account, or leave it there to accumulate if you expect more awards.

I will Love to participate in this but this present condition limits me from participating as I can't possibly verify any account with Coinbase.. We need to add functions that will allow players to invest large amounts in something that could become valuable.

The exchange name is not relevant.
Players will just enter a wallet address on an exchange of their choice, provided they have a wallet in $SOL on that exchange.
Coinbase and Binance are examples where it can be done.

To start with, we will provide a tutorial showing how to create a wallet on Coinbase.

We will upgrade Simcountry this week to include the function to enter a wallet address.
This will allow players to accept game awards in crypto currency.
Awards for December will be paid in January. These awards will be all in gold coins.
Awards for January will be paid February 1. These awards will be in $SOL for players who have a wallet address and have entered the wallet address into Simcountry.

To what rank asides from first will $Sol be awarded to and is it available in Asia where I am in?
Everyone can win these awards if you have a wallet address and entered it into Simcountry. we do not look into the country where the president lives. You just need to be able to setup a wallet.
It will be paid to all members. Both full members and to free members although it will be more difficult to them.
There will be awards on all 5 worlds.
in each world, there will be 10 awards to presidents and 5 awards to enterprise CEOs.
Max number is 75 awards per month.
We do not think that all of them will have wallet addresses.
At least not immediately.

Andy allowing players to trade gold coins for game money with each other would have no impact on the total gold supply. One player has to buy gold coins from you. Then they sell those purchased coins to another player in exchange for game money. I believe this is what Johanas was asking for. We are not asking for exchanging cash for gold with you guys, just with other players. Let the whales be whales and let the skilled players get rich off Crypto. I have been saying it for a long time. This game needs to bring back the fabled and mythical credit card warriors of the old times.
