W3C - Chat function

Many players use Discord to chat with each other.

We now consider the Simcountry server on discord as our chat channel and will promote it for Simcountry players.

We intend to replace the current chat function in Simcountry by a link to Discord.

The forum with it many discussions will remain in place. we will, as before, publish game news, answer questions and react to players messages.
