Population cap

Is there a population cap? Wondering so i can try some things out.

Hi, there has never been a hard population limit, but there was a soft population limit: populations with more than 120m population declined back to 100-120m range. But in a recent update this should no longer happen: https://www.simcountry.com/discus/messages/1/29011.html

So basically there should be no limit. However, transferring pop into a country is still capped at total population of 600m of the receiving country.

Yeah I noticed several competition lately lol.

That update was a massive game changer. It'll take me a year to catch up.

I started 4 months ago and my WP came off 3 months ago on FB, so no, you should be able to do it faster on at least FB.

I agree with the 120 millions soft limit.

There is a kind of a hard limit although even that can be breached.
There is a 600 millions limit for purchasing additional population.
