Help my Profit/Loss keeps falling

Why does my country's profit/loss keep dropping. I have destroyed all offensive weapons so it should be making more of a profit instead of a loss.

Produce a better product by buying supplies @ 215.
In a country with mostly CEO corps, raise the taxes.
Close unprofitable and low profit corps.
Don't destroy anything, sell it.
