No longer receiving gold coins for higher game level reached

Hi

I did bought some countries.
Received gold coins when reaching game level 1, 2 on different worlds. Now I have reached game level 3, 4 and 5 for the first time but received zero ( 0 ) gold coins.

Account Gold Coins logs shows: Purchased new country or enterprise on KB. Received 0.00 GC for reaching Game Level 4 on KB


Is this a bug?

Awards for reaching higher game levels are unchanged and paid as before.

Nothing was changed for a very long time.

When purchasing a country in a higher level, you may not win an award.
The original account where the country came from already received the award for that level.

In all cases however, we can not comment in details if we do not know where the potential problem is.
we ALWAYS need the country name, world name and a description of the problem.

On the other hand, I understand that if original owner game level was 3, then I will receive gold coins when reaching game level 4 and above only.
However, I did mention that I received gold coins for game level 1 and 2 but not for higher levels.
If there is no bug, and I received gold coins for reaching game level 1, then I should have received gold coins for higher levels, but it did not happen like that. Make sense?

I see coins won for reaching a higher game level in June.

It is very complex to follow because of many transactions, including country transactions and many name changes.
